Engaging with Smart Hangs is subject to usual business terms and conditions:

• Users of this website do so on the condition that they are accepting all terms, conditions, policies and points stated here. If you do not agree to the terms of service, do not use the website. From time to time, information changes on the website. You are responsible for confirming currency of information prior to engaging. We are not liable for any changes regarding product modification/discontinuation or pricing updates.
• As you visit our website, regardless of whether you finalise a purchase, you are providing agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of service. This condition applies to all users of the Smart Hangs website, inclusive of their role.
• Smart Hangs acts lawfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to withdraw from and cancel services we have previously engaged with if a relationship breaks down..
• Smart Hangs is not responsible or liable for any injuries caused by misuse of whole, damaged or dismantled products. All plastic packaging which may cause suffocation must be safely and immediately disposed of, and any batteries or small parts must, at all times, be kept safely out of reach of children and at-risk individuals, in order to prevent accidental choking or ingestion.
• Smart Hangs hanger systems use timber coat hangers, and as such, the timber structure has natural variations such as knots and natural imperfections. Each hanger is inspected before being packed and sent. Naturally occurring imperfections are to be expected, and usually do not constitute reason for return or refund.
• The Smart Hangs website is powered by GoDaddy Airo. We are neither responsible, nor liable for internet or website downtime. We will work with our host, endeavouring to be back online as soon as we are practicably able.
• Replication of products, or violation of Smart Hangs intellectual property is prohibited.
• Smart Hangs is a family business promoting independence and optimal personal organisation, through uplifting and encouragement. Expressions of negative or abusive language or behaviour are not welcome here and may be reported. In monitoring our business interactions, we reserve the right to remove any comments, feedback or other communications deemed to be unlawful or offensive for any reason.
• Colours may vary on different device monitors / screens. We do our utmost to accurately describe colours with text and photos. Unmet expectations regarding colour is not a reason for return or refund.  
• Smart Hangs reserves the right to accept suggestions and ideas ideas that have been freely offered, without obligation for recognition, payment or other compensation.
